Certifications

The standards we're working toward

We're a new company and don't hold formal certification yet. These are the standards we're actively pursuing ahead of our first export season, not claims we're making today.

Our facility

We grade, process and pack every lot ourselves at one facility, so these would apply to everything that ships from us, regardless of which grower it came from.

Our grower network

We source from many independent growers, so farm-level standards work differently: they'd apply to the growers behind a given lot, not as a single blanket claim across everyone.

GlobalG.A.P. (Group Certification) Organic (select lines, traceable to certified growers)

Until Group Certification is in place, every grower we work with is still vetted through our own orchard audits before each season — see "How we work" below.

How we work

From grower to export

Our partner growers follow Good Agricultural Practices, and we audit orchards before the season starts. Every batch is logged against the grower and harvest date it came from, through intake, processing, quality control, packing and shipping.

1

Grower partnerships

We select and audit partner orchards before the season starts, so quality is set before harvest, not after.

2

Intake & grading

Fruit is received, sorted and graded at our facility, logged against the grower and harvest date.

3

Processing

Tunnel/oven drying for dried product, or cold-chain handling for fresh — each batch tracked through the line.

4

Quality control

Moisture, biochemical and visual checks before packing, with retained samples for every shipment.

5

Packing

Bulk, retail or private-label formats, packed to the specification agreed with you.

6

Documentation & shipping

Phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin/analysis and buyer-specific paperwork prepared ahead of shipment; FCL/LCL by road or sea.
